JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Student Services Concierge will greet and assist students and visitors along with performing a variety of functions in the Student services. This announcement is active through 7/20/26 at 11:59pm and will no longer be listed as of 7/21/26. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Greets and assists students and visitors in the Student Welcome Center. Actively assess students’ needs navigating them to personalized direct points of service. Answers telephones, transfer calls appropriately, and sets appointments. Listen and respond to student issues to find solutions by problem-solving and/or referring to other college departments as needed.…
