Opportunity to join a national Facilities / Building Services Contractor at an exciting time of their growth. Due to contract wins, they now require a an experienced facilities / site services engineer to be based at a prestigious property in central Birmingham. The role requires a good all-round multi-skill M&E background. The appointed person will be responsible for managing of this seven story property ensuring all aspects of property maintenance are effectively managed and issues dealt with in a timely manner. The position will suit someone familiar with Regular PPM's, who knows various systems and can go on site and troubleshoot.
