Job Description Position: Shipping Lead, Northborough Operations Hours: 1:00 PM – Completion (Monday – Friday) Scope: Oversee Shipping functions for both Bulk and LUM outbound freight to ensure quality and delivery to our customers. Responsibilities: Coordinate and assist in the daily completion of the Shipping Department. Assist and support shipping clerks with day-to-day communication on route change and dispatch time Help improve processes to ensure your team member is put in the position to get 100%.
