About this role

Responsible for the handling and administration of local/global reports including building user friendly reporting platforms for managers from various levels, programming macros for easier extraction of data for time efficiency, and maintaining data bases with essential operations data. Will analyze data points and provide informed recommendations to various level managers. Will also create various dashboards and charts for business presentations as well as maintain and create SharePoint, Power Bi , and SQL reporting. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor real-time operations and adjust workforce resources to meet business needs. Support capacity planning, scheduling, and dialing strategy management.
