About We are currently seeking Drill Utility employees to set up, operate, and tend drilling machines used to drill, bore, ream, mill, or countersink ductile iron workpieces—all while maintaining a strong focus on personal and team safety. Our team operates under The McWane Way principles: Safety, Environment, Communication, Teamwork, Trust, Excellence, Accountability, and Leadership. Drill Utility positions start at $24.24 per hour . Our benefits package includes low-cost medical insurance, dental, life and AD&D coverage, short-term disability, a company-matched 401(k) plan, and ten (10) paid holidays.
