Annual salary: up to £48,526.00 Contract Manager (Voids) Location: Evesham, office based Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £48,526.00 plus car allowance Role Responsibilities: · Manage all aspects of operational and commercial delivery for void works programmes, ensuring overall contract performance meets contractual commitments and agreed company and client protocols. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, Mears values and quality assurance accreditations. Promote and monitor adherence to relevant legislation, codes of practice and good working practices. · Manage void works and high-risk properties across a range of unoccupied homes from start to completion.…
