Annual salary: up to £36,425.30 Multi-skilled Operative Location: Margate Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £36,425.30 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for completing high-quality repairs and maintenance across empty properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, compliant and ready for new residents to move into. You’ll carry out a range of multi-trade works, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating, working efficiently to help meet void turnaround times and required property standards. No two properties are the same, so your ability to adapt, problem-solve and complete work to a high standard will be key to your success.…
