Annual salary: up to £37,000.00 Plumber Location: Birmingham Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £37,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our Birmingham Voids team, helping to bring empty social housing properties back up to a high standard before new tenants move in. This is a hands-on role where you'll carry out a variety of plumbing repairs, replacements and upgrades within vacant properties. From replacing sanitary ware and repairing pipework to identifying and rectifying plumbing defects, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, functional and ready for re-let.…
