Job Description Summary The primary responsibility of the Pharmacoeconomic Pharmacy Clinical Specialist is to direct and organize programs that identify, measure, and evaluate the cost and consequences of drug therapy to the health care system. The use of pharmacoeconomic analyses will be the primary tool to develop strategies including cost-minimization, cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, cost-utility analyses, and drug-related adverse outcome avoidance.
