Job Description Summary The Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) serves as a vital clinical partner to individuals navigating Type 1, Type 2, gestational, and pre-diabetes. This role focuses on empowering patients through evidence-based behavioral coaching, tailored lifestyle modifications, and modern diabetes technology, rather than relying on restrictive dietary templates. The ultimate objective is to assist patients in achieving optimal glycemic control, increasing Time in Range (TIR), and improving overall quality of life within a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical environment. This role will support both inpatient and outpatients for those with diabetes including patients enrolled in SC MOMs (high-risk pregnant patients).…
