Job Description Summary In conjunction with the Department of Public Health Sciences’ Department Administrator and Vice Chair for Research, the Grants Administrator II provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the department's research administration and grants management activities. This position operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as a primary expert for sponsored research administration, guiding faculty, investigators, fellows, and trainees through the full grant lifecycle. The GAII directs pre-award activities, supports post-award administration, ensures compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements, supervises grants administration staff, and develops processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and research funding success.…
