Job Summary Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level. Review customer metrics and engagement, ensuring performance and engagement meet defined expectations. MAJOR Job Description Responsibilities: Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers. - Develop basic reports and queries for sales representatives. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs. Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments.
