Job Summary **THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE MONDAY - FRIDAY AND HOURS 12PM - 9PM WITH FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED FOR A MULTIPLE SHIFT OPERATION** The Associate HR Generalist supports HR and management in delivery of HR services. Under supervision, the Associate HRG provides guidance and solutions on operational issues. In addition, this individual serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures. The Associate HRG also ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.
