Job Summary Assist branch leadership with the overall supervision and workflow of the building with the end goal of accuracy of inventory, on-time order processing and accurate delivery of product to the customer. Job Description Responsibilities: Analyze and manage the daily labor needs and identify areas of efficiency within staffing and/or work volume. Redirect resources as necessary around the building to meet the needs of the customer. Review scheduling completed by supervisors to ensure coverage at all times as well as balance of work hours to enable consistent flow of work out if the building. Direct appropriate staff (maintenance, shipping, receiving, etc) to resolve issues as they arise.…
