Job Summary Oversee and manage the Quality Control functions and personnel at designated distribution center. Responsibilities Include inspection, product disposition, holding and releasing of product and personnel matters. Hours: 5:30pm-5:30am Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage all performance, attendance, monthly bonus and employee reviews for direct reports at designated distribution center. · Prioritize work schedules. Schedule overtime as needed. · Maintain a good working relationship and open communications with Branch Management. · Train branch inspectors on Quality System Regulation (QSR), Department of Health/ Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. · Support Quality, Regulatory and Operations to ensure branch compliance with all applicable regulations.…
