Job Summary Under direct supervision, provide general department support to the product and sales teams. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the product and/or sales team as required. Duties may include: coordinating the flow of sample requests from reps, placing sample orders, labeling/re-labeling product, and packing/re-packing items. May require coordinating with the sales rep, account and/or manufacturer. Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature. Identify issues on behalf of the product and sales teams.
