Job Summary Analyze, plan and execute purchase orders with both international and domestic vendors. Provide direction to expeditors. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of Raw Materials, MRO and Services in SAP and Coupa. Predict future item consumption to plan Purchase Orders. Manage PO’s to meet demand by reviewing historical data and SNP/MRP/Forecast requirements. Negotiate and coordinate production capacities and manufacturing requirements. Direct supplier shipping to ensure sufficient supply to customers, manageable monthly turnover, minimal surplus charges and consistent production scheduling. Alert division staff of potential supply issues. Escalate urgent issues. Maintain APO and SAP MRP parameters.…
