Job Summary Oversee and manage the Quality Control functions and personnel at designated distribution center. Responsibilities Include inspection, product disposition, holding and releasing of product and personnel matters. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all performance, attendance, monthly bonus and employee reviews for direct reports at designated distribution center. Prioritize work schedules. Schedule overtime as needed. Maintain a good working relationship and open communications with Branch Management. Train branch inspectors on Quality System Regulation (QSR), Department of Health/ Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Support Quality, Regulalatory and Operations to ensure branch compliance with all applicable regualtions. Lead day-to-day activities of employees.…
