Job Summary Medline has an opening for a Sr Director, Business Operations supporting Medline's brand product divisions! This position will be based out of our Northfield, IL headquarters and will offer a hybrid model of work. The Sr Director, Business Operations will provide enterprise level oversight for multiple business operations teams supporting Medline brand product divisions. This person will lead divisional analytics including operating expense management, expense forecasting, and KPI management, while overseeing operational capabilities such as inventory management, demand planning, allocation, and process improvement.
