Job Summary Develop and conduct interactive training courses to a wide range of Medline employees. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and conduct training workshops delivered to all levels of Medline employees Provide General or Specialized training as required. Customizing training programs to meet their specific needs. Schedule and coordinate the training calendar. Organize and prepare all participant workbook materials including handouts, case studies, role plays, videos, etc. Record all training hours, to help insure consistency in training processes. Log all test scores. Responsible for retention and understating of training materials. Grade, provide feedback, and coach employees on training program work assignments.
