About this role
Employees in this role are under general supervision; performs investigations of crimes and accidents, protects property, facilities and citizens through law enforcement techniques; provides escort service; performs related and occasionally other duties as assigned. Essential Functions (Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities): Investigates suspected crimes, reports findings, and arrests suspected individuals Directs and controls traffic, monitors parking operation, and issues parking tickets; investigates accidents Patrols the campus, business office, classrooms, recreational facilities, dormitories, hospital, facility, etc. by foot or motor vehicle while armed with handgun.
