REQ15114 Dealer (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Table Games Dealer is to provide our guests with a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment, while dealing an assigned game at the proper game pace and within all approved rules and procedures PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Deals casino table games and ensures adherence to casino policies. Assists with or complete customer buy-in transactions. Remains alert to the play of the game; ensures all losing bets are picked up and pays winning bets correctly. Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of the table game. Remains responsible for table game security at all times. Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures and perform other tasks as assigned.…
