REQ15178 Senior Executive, Retail Leasing (Open) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing, negotiating and executing both new deals and renewals with retailers Assist and coordinate the requirements from internal and external leasing negotiators Coordinate with legal to prepare all Heads of Terms and Operating Agreements and necessary documentation Coordinate with Retail Projects and Operations team to secure all necessary SERF packages and answer technical queries Manage and assist with all direct leasing enquiries Manage all contract signing and completion as per requirements (i.e. Notarizations, Receipt of Deposits, Insurances, etc) Facilitate regular Retailer background checks and vendor registrations Prepare all lease packages for internal approvals and follow up (i.e.…
