About this role
IT Specialist
Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in IT, systems, or IAM engineering at a SaaS or cloud-first company.
- Hands-on Okta administration and strong troubleshooting of authentication loops and "user not assigned" style failures.
- Google Workspace admin experience and Slack admin experience.
- macOS fleet management with Jamf or a comparable MDM.
- Practical scripting/automation (Python, Bash or Node) and comfort with REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP IAM, secrets management and service-account hygiene.
- Calm, ownership-driven communication with non-technical users, and good ticket hygiene.
Bonus points:
- ZTNA/VPN and JIT access tools.…
