Η εταιρεία MFP , μέλος του Ομίλου Mellon Group , αναζητά έναν Invoicing & Operations Coordinator . Responsibilities Εισαγωγή δεδομένων τιμολόγησης πελατών σε ERP σύστημα για την έκδοση τιμολογίων. Καταχώρηση και έλεγχος για την σωστή αποστολή τιμολογίων στο λογιστήριο, ηλεκτρονικά ή με φυσικά παραστατικά. Παρακολούθηση αρχείου πελατών για τον έλεγχο της ορθής έκδοσης των τιμολογίων. Επικοινωνία με υπεύθυνους έργων σχετικά με: - ταξιδιωτικές ανάγκες συνεργατών. - διαχείριση προκαταβολών και ημερησίων αποζημιώσεων. - συλλογή δικαιολογητικών και καταχώρηση σε συστήματα. Εισαγωγή παραγγελιών στο σύστημα για αγορές διατακτικών και διαφόρων αγαθών που αφορούν τις ανάγκες της εταιρείας. Αρχειοθέτηση και ορθή διαχείριση οικονομικών και λοιπών εγγράφων (τιμολόγια, αποδείξεις, συμβάσεις).…
