Position Summary The Residential Recovery Specialist (RRS) supports residents in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. This role helps residents follow their individualized treatment plans, engages them in recovery and relapse prevention, and assists with daily living tasks such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. The RRS plays a vital role in fostering a supportive, recovery-focused community. Pay Rate: $19 - $21 an hour Open Shifts: - Friday through Monday 3pm-11pm & Wednesday 12pm-3pm (35hrs) - Tuesday through Saturday 3pm-11pm (40hrs) Key Responsibilities Ensure resident activities support program policies, treatment goals, and a structured routine.
