About this role

Position Summary The LPN position provides support for the Division of Recovery Services GRIT co-occurring programs. The LPN works in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Medication Specialist, Prescriber, the multi-disciplinary team and program participants and acts as a liaison for support and communication. This is a recovery-focused role that blends clinical care with meaningful, person-centered support in community residential settings.
