About this role

Position Summary The Shift Supervisor provides a supportive environment in a community residential setting, empowering participants with mental illness in their goals of recovery and rehabilitation. Focus on strengths and resiliency through person-centered planning while ensuring services align with the agency’s mission, policies, program funding, and applicable regulations. Pay Rate: $20-$22 an hour Open Shift: Tuesday through Saturday 10am-6pm (40hrs) Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to staff on shift; train, guide, and model professional behavior.
