Position Summary The Shift Supervisor position at the GRIT COE RRS programs serves as a peer leader and mentor within the recovery services program, providing direct support to residents in recovery and offering guidance and oversight to the Recovery Specialist (RS) team. The Shift Supervisor oversees daily operations of the recovery program by providing leadership to staff, monitoring adherence to program policies, and responding to critical needs and emergencies. The Shift Supervisor also acts as a liaison between staff and leadership, maintains accurate documentation, and supports the therapeutic goals of the program.…
