About this role

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. This role provides the opportunity to assist Danish-speaking customers by delivering outstanding support related to online shopping, orders, and product inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, returns, and shipping.
