Job Description The HR Content Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, governance, audit readiness, and ongoing maintenance of HR knowledge and compliance content. This role partners closely with HR Knowledge Owners, Regional Knowledge Managers, Country Publishing Leads, HR COEs, Legal, HR Solutions and Compliance teams to ensure that HR knowledge content articles remain current, compliant, searchable, and AI‑ready across all supported countries. The role plays a critical part in risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence by overseeing country knowledge lifecycle management, supporting local and global audits, and ensuring alignment between global standards and local regulatory requirements.…
