Work Shift Day Scheduled Weekly Hours 12 Summary This position supports Mercy's philosophy of patient centered care by providing an exceptional customer service experience and working with the team to increase sales for the Gift Shops. Job Description Job Duties Open and close the shop, following shop procedures. Prepare cash register drawers for the next day. Understand the POS system, charge terminal and payroll deduction reader. Utilize proper phone etiquette and knowledge of flower phone order procedures. Fulfill online Gift Shop orders as requested. Follow procedures for deliveries to patients and hospital staff. Demonstrate knowledge of shop merchandise, maintain supply levels and ensure upkeep of shop appearance. Maintain a team atmosphere with staff and volunteers.…
