This rehab unit serves adult patients age 18 and older . The focus is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients who have experienced a loss of function in mobility, actives of daily living, cognition, or communication due to illness, injury, or surgery. Many patients are being treated for stroke, neurological conditions traumatic injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical events. Patients require 24-hour nursing care but are medically stable enough to participate in rehabilitation therapies.…
