Schedule : Mon-Fri 7:45am-6pm & Sat Rotations Shift : Days ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prescription Management: Accurately process, fill and label prescriptions for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist. Initiate, follow-up, and obtain Prior Authorizations. Prepare, send, and receive orders for medications and supplies; maintain inventory, ensuring medications are purchased and stored properly. Patient Engagement: Identify and enroll patients in medication synchronization (med sync), ensuring all medications are prepared for pick-up on a single date each month or 90 days. Conduct monthly follow-up calls with patients to confirm medication needs, discuss changes in medication regimens, and identify potential clinical interventions like immunizations.…
