About this role
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich Du entwickelst innovative Produktideen und Relaunches für NEM, Lebensmittel sowie teilweise Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte und überführst diese über alle Darreichungsformen hinweg in marktfähige Produktkonzepte Du erkennst relevante Markt-, Technologie-, Wissenschafts-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Regulierungstrends und leitest daraus die R&D Category Innovation Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing, Business Development, Category Management und den Fachbereichen ab Du steuerst das Innovationsportfolio deiner Kategorien, analysierst Consumer Needs, Marken, Produktportfolios und Differenzierungsmerkmale und sorgst für die gezielte Zuordnung von Benefits, Technologien und Konzepten Du entwickelst, bewertest und priorisierst Produktkonzepte , definierst Claims, Ben…
