Key Responsibilities
Fund formation & structuring — Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of fund establishment and constitutive documents, with a particular focus on Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) and related fund structures.
Investor documentation — Prepare and negotiate subscription agreements, side letters, investor onboarding documentation and disclosure materials.
Corporate & commercial contracting — Draft, review and negotiate vendor, service, technology and data agreements, NDAs, intellectual property arrangements and other commercial contracts.…
