ABOUT THE ROLE
This is Metaview's first in-house recruiter, working directly with Shahriar, co-founder & CTO. It's a full-cycle role with the expectation that you'll do "the whole thing" and some. To name a few, this means:
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively sourcing, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
- Screening and assessing candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Continuously refining and improving pitches to attract top tier candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).…
