Meter is growing quickly, with continued investment in hiring and expansion into new regions. As the company scales, Sales Enablement is focused on building repeatable, well-run onboarding and enablement programs that help new hires ramp efficiently and consistently. This role is focused on 60% onboarding execution and 40% enablement operations. You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new sales hires, helping ensure it remains scalable, consistent, and impactful as Meter grows across segments and regions. You’ll work as part of the Sales Enablement team and with cross-functional partners across Sales, Channel, Product, Operations, and Engineering to turn enablement strategy into scalable, reliable execution.
