About this role

Deine Aufgaben Wir verantworten u.a. das zentrale CRM HubSpot, über das alle Prozesse unserer Wertschöpfungskette laufen. Interne Software-Produkte integrieren sich genauso in unsere CRM-Infrastruktur wie spezifische Apps, z.B. zur Terminbuchung bei einer Kundenanfrage. Der nächste Skalierungs-Schritt erfordert einen noch stärkeren Fokus auf technisches Enablement unserer eigenen Organisation sowie den Ausbau und die Verbesserung unseres eigenen technischen Verantwortungsbereichs. Du übernimmst dabei eine gewachsene, produktive Automatisierungslandschaft: Ein Teil unserer Geschäftslogik läuft heute als Custom Code direkt in HubSpot-Workflows, ein Teil in eigenen Backend-Services. Beides gehört dir – und du gestaltest aktiv mit, wohin sich diese Architektur entwickelt.…
