About this role
Methode is seeking a Site Controller for its Hamsar plant in Burlington, Ontario. The Site Controller is an operational and growth-oriented partner that supports Group leadership at the location. This role acts as a trusted partner to the plant’s operational leadership and division finance team. The Site Controller must be operational and strategic minded serving as a thought partner across various functional aspects of the business. Position Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of financial reporting and control environment by ensuring compliance with Methode financial policies and procedures Develops and maintains timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
