Department Admissions 50% - Strategic Leadership & Recruitment Operations Provides leadership and oversight for the university’s undergraduate recruitment operations. Leads, supervises, and develops the Recruitment team, including High School, Transfer Services, and International Recruitment. Establishes operational priorities, performance expectations, and professional development opportunities for recruitment staff; conducts performance evaluations for direct reports.
