Homecare Nurse Job Overview RNs and LPNs are responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care and reporting to Case Managers and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor. In collaboration with MGA personnel, the nurse will provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the care plan developed for each individual patient and the Physician’s orders. Duties and Responsibilities Performs specific treatments and medication administration as per care plan Functions as a team member demonstrating collaboration with and responsibility to the patient, Physician, and health care team.
