Miami Family Law Group is seeking an Associate Probate Litigation Attorney to support and manage probate, trust, and estate disputes under the guidance of experienced senior attorneys. This is a structured growth role for a developing Florida litigator who is ready for substantive work in a well organized, well supported practice. You will assist with contested estate and trust matters involving fiduciary disputes, inheritance conflicts, undue influence claims, and high conflict family dynamics.
