About this role

Miami Family Law Group is seeking an experienced Florida Probate Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated probate, trust, and estate disputes from presuit strategy through resolution, settlement, or trial. This is a senior level role for an attorney who already understands probate litigation and wants the autonomy to manage cases independently within a well supported, organized practice. You'll work directly with clients, lead litigation strategy, conduct depositions and hearings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff, without micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy. Our probate litigation practice handles contested estate and trust matters involving fiduciary disputes, inheritance conflicts, undue influence claims, and high conflict family dynamics.…
