Manufacturing Trainee - - - - - - - - - - - - Role Summary: The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training across Production, Quality and Maintenance departments, gaining hands-on exposure to plant operations, processes and systems. The role requires working in rotational shifts (A, B and C). Key Responsibilities: Learn and support day-to-day operations in the assigned department as per the rotation plan. Assist in production activities, process monitoring and achieving shift targets. Support quality checks, inspections, sampling and documentation to ensure product conformity. Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and equipment upkeep. Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, 5S and company policies at all times.
