The analysis will run from the memory device level up to the rack and the data center. This role connects DRAM architecture, device organization, electrical, thermal and power behavior with system modeling and analysis. It turns that analysis into product and roadmap decisions for future DRAM, LPDDR, HBM, CXL, SSD and disaggregated memory solutions.…
