Responsibilities and Tasks: •P ossible to be day and night shift. • Cleanroom AMC scopes including MA/MB/MC sample preparation and sampling schedule. • Cleanroom ESD measurement for EPA management. • Cleanroom particle sampling and metal swab sampling. • Cleanroom material test and verification report summary. • Responsible to sensors management, include excursion follow up, trouble shoot, maintenance/calibration, performance check and spare parts management/purchase.…
