About this role

Deine Aufgaben 1. Compensation & Benefits Design & Governance Support the design, implementation, and governance of compensation structures, job grading, and benefits programs. Align C&B practices with Midea Global HQ and Regional CoE standards while adapting to local regulations and requirements. Coordinate annual compensation processes (salary review, bonus cycles, incentive plans). Act as subject-matter expert and advisor on all C&B-related topics. Provide guidance and training to HRBPs and managers on compensation and benefits matters. 2. Post-Merger Integration & Harmonization Drive harmonization of C&B frameworks across newly integrated MBT Climate entities. Work with local HR teams to implement consistent policies while ensuring local competitiveness.…
