About this role

Deine Aufgaben Develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany. Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes. Coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network. Act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution. Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions. Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency. Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data.…
