About this role
Deine Aufgaben Installation und Neuinstallation von Betriebssystemen (Windows/Linux). Unterstützung bei Datensicherung, Datenmigration und Datenwiederherstellung. Einrichtung, Wartung, Inventarisierung und Fehlerbehebung von IT-Hardware und -Geräten. Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen. Durchführung von Softwaretests, Identifikation von Fehlern sowie erste Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Problemen. Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen. Unterstützung bei Automatisierungsprojekten und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von IT-Prozessen. Mitwirkung bei Softwareentwicklungsaufgaben sowie Erstellung und Anpassung einfacher Skripte.…
